1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following words have specific meanings in these Terms, which apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" — The sux6s website, app and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who is registered on sux6s and using its services.
• "Account" — Each member's own personal account created through registration.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

6. VIP Program and Rewards

The sux6s VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the member's overall activity and loyalty on the platform. sux6s reserves the right to change the cashback amounts and conditions.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. In this case, funds in the account (once bonus conditions are met) may be withdrawn.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by sux6s

sux6s may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process.
• Abuse or attempts to harm the platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

sux6s accepts no liability for the following:

sux6s's total liability shall in no case exceed the total value of the relevant transaction.
